Any user found to be using Cascader LMS to send SPAM or Unsolicited Commercial

E-Mail (UCE) will immediately have his/her account terminated. All commissions will be forfeited and they may be liable to prosecution.

Un-wanted e-mails must never be sent using Cascader LMS or any other mailing service that promotes Cascader in any way.

If you are importing leads into Cascader LMS, there has to be an IP address, name and email address. Users must also include their real email address along with their name and postal address. Be aware using high quality double opt-in leads is not always a guarantee of safe emailing.

If the actions of any user cause any financial loss to Cascader, we reserve the right to claim back any losses from the user.

In brief, DO NOT SEND SPAM E-MAIL.
